I am a stress reduction coach. Following many years in private business and public service I found myself being asked to coach staff, executives and board members of the organisation I was working for. In 2009 I decided to go full time into therapeutic coaching and this led to training in the Three Principles and Mindfulness. I practice becuase I love to help people reach their full potential – a real expression of their innate mental health and wellbeing which emerges when they understand how their experience of life is created and what misundersatndings cloud this understanding.
